GOintegro creates first-ever ranking of Latin American HR influencers

Latin America’s leading employee engagement platform, GOintegro, has recently launched their #HRInfluencersLatAm campaign as of May in an effort to show recognition to the best of the best in terms of work, perseverance, and talent when it comes to the human resources sector of the region.

This first Latin American ranking is made up of HR experts and leaders and is the result of the voting and opinion of more than 15,000 HR professionals in the region, whom with their participation allowed to recognize the value of sharing knowledge, experiences and debate in order to generate change. More than 1,500 professionals received votes, which highlights the great variety of excellent professionals in the area who are respected and valued thanks to their voice and authentic points of view.

“We are very impressed and inspired by the stellar quality of the participants and nominees, we hope that this initiative will help to continue developing talent management and promoting the generation of good practices in Human Resource,” commented Germán Dyzenchauz, CEO and Co-founder of GOintegro.

The ranking of the Top 100 HR Influencers Latam 2018, is composed by 51 men and 49 women. And is led by Marcelo Nobrega, Human Resources Director of Arcos Dorados Brazil, followed by Hector Gomez, Human Resources Director of Aon Mexico, Patricio Millar, Human Resources Consultant at Millar Asociados Chile, Fernando Troilo Talent & Rewards Practice Leader in Aon Argentina and Juliana Barbosa, Director, Speaker, Instructor and Consultant at JBEO Consultoria e Desenvolvimento em RH Brasil.
